Will Stephen

Will is an ECB Level 2 coach with over a decade of diverse coaching experience. Will began playing at Maori Oxshott Cricket Club and now vice-captains the first team, opening the bowling and batting in the top order.

Will specialises in preparing junior players for the transition to senior cricket, employing a comprehensive approach that combines technical proficiency with strategic understanding while fostering a strong passion for the game.

Will has enjoyed stints at the North East Cricket Academy in Newcastle, guiding cricketers thorugh their development stages with Northumberland County Cricket Elite Player Development.
